Furniture, mattresses, appliances and other bulky items, plus general rubbish from clear-outs, house moves and offices. We take all electrical waste (WEEE). Some items, such as paint, need special handling and are charged separately. You'll be asked about them before you pay, so nothing gets missed.

Yes. Litta is a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency (registration number CBDU375738), which you can check on the government's public register. We're fully insured and have completed collections for more than 200,000 customers. Our trading company is Litta App Limited, company number 10882506.

No. Leave your items somewhere the team can reach, inside or outside, and add access notes to your booking, such as 'the waste is through the side gate'. If you leave waste on the road, label it with Litta and your booking reference so the council doesn't fine you, and let your neighbours know it's being collected.

Yes. Our two-person team collects from anywhere inside your property with good access, including upstairs and the garden, and does all the lifting. We can help with light dismantling like unscrewing or unbolting. For safety we can't collect from lofts, roofs, scaffolding or unstable steps, and the team keep their protective footwear on.

No, we take loose waste. Bagging small items and clearing a path to bulky ones helps the team finish within your booked time. All the lifting and carrying is included in the price.

It goes to an approved waste transfer station, where it's sorted into materials such as wood, metal and plastic for recycling. Items in good condition are reused where possible. Your Waste Transfer Note records the waste types (EWC codes) and is your proof that the waste is now our responsibility.

A quote, a VAT receipt and your booking confirmation as soon as you pay, then a digital Waste Transfer Note by email within 10 minutes of the job being completed. Your documents and before-and-after photos are kept in your Litta account.

Yes. Changing or cancelling is free up to 14 days before your collection. Within 14 days there's a £20 + VAT fee, and on the day it's £40 + VAT because the team may already be on their way. Cancel in My Account, or call 0800 011 9492 or email hi@litta.co to change your items or slot. Refunds can take up to 10 working days.

Book online or in the Litta app in a few clicks, or call us on 0800 011 9492. You pay upfront by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and you'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp when the team are on their way.

Loads start from a handful of bags and go up to our XL load, which takes 70 or more bags of waste. For anything bigger, such as a full house or office, book a clearance. If you're unsure, send us a photo and the team will help.

Council collections are often cheaper but usually mean long waits, limits on what they'll take and outside-only pickups. Litta collects from inside your property, often the same day, with live tracking, a digital Waste Transfer Note, light dismantling and full insurance included.
