I like being able to pay over the phone…
I like being able to pay over the phone beforehand, and the agent on the telephone was pleasant and efficient. So all the removal men had to do, was remove the article I'd paid for. No handing cash over at the pick up. Nice men. Did a good job.

2 friendly drivers turned up and collected the rubbish. In and out within 5 minutes and left area clean and tidy. Would definitely use again tho the drivers tracking needs a lot of improvement, said driver was 1 hour away but in fact he was only 10 mins away.
